Our US drone pilots are Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 certificated operators. Our Canadian drone pilots are Transport Canada Advanced operators. When flying in destinations outside of North America, we have experience complying with local regulations.
do you have insurance?
We carry a $10 million worldwide aviation liability policy that covers both liability from the drones as well as physical damage to the aircraft, gimbal and camera package. COIs can be issued in a matter of hours once hired!

Can you fly over people?
Yes, our team has been granted a § 107.39 Operation Over Human Beings waiver, from the Federal Aviation Administration. This unique waiver allows our team to fly specific drones over people on film, tv, commercial and event productions.
CAN YOU FLY OVER MOVING VEHICLES?
Yes, our team has been granted a § 107.145 Operation Over Moving Vehicles waiver, from the Federal Aviation Administration. This unique waiver allows our team to fly specific drones over moving vehicles on film, tv, commercial and event productions.
Can you fly at night?
Our team has been granted a 107.29 – Daylight Operations waiver from the Federal Aviation Administration. This waiver allows our team to fly drones at night with the use of anti-collision lighting on the aircraft.

What CAMERAS DO YOU FLY?
We fly a variety of film and photography cameras to meet every budget and technical specification including the DJI X9 Camera System, Arri Alexa Mini, Arri Alexa Mini LF, RED V-Raptor, Red Komodo, Phase One XF System, Sony A7 Series and Canon R Series. What is “dual operator?
On our DJI Inspire 3, Heavy Lift Drone Packages and Gimbal FPV Packages there is a dedicated drone pilot controlling the aircraft and a drone camera operator responsible for controlling the gimbal and adjusting camera settings.
Can you fly on the strip in Las Vegas?
Yes, we have a wide area approval from the Federal Aviation Administration that allows us to capture the majority of the strip without needing to wait for additional airspace approvals. Approvals from private property owners is still required and / or county filming permits.
